Dennis Southam & Associates regularly provide factory surveillance services for the fabrication of new equipment. These factory surveillance activities ensure that the fabrication is carried out following the approved design and is compliant to the relevant standards and technical specifications.

This service includes pre-fabrication facility inspections, periodic inspections at critical points throughout the manufacturing process, factory hydrotest witnessing and pre-transport signoff, and finally installation and commissioning.
